Thank you for sending us your complaint.
Before we go into more detail about your complaint, please allow us to say a few words about our products. During the entire production process, all ingredients and the finished products are checked for nutritional content. In a further control, the packaging is checked with regard to the technical requirement. An essential control of the production process is the compliance with the recipe. Samples are taken from each production at various times for additional checks or analyses. If, during this check of our raw materials, an ingredient does not meet our requirements, we do not use it.
The review of the production records by our quality assurance department has not revealed any deviations or anomalies. All samples of the quality and daily panels were sensory as well as analytically flawless and did not provide any indications regarding a deviating odour or spoilage. We assure you that our products are of consistently good quality.
